Shark Dental Warranty Policy
– Using products and services at Shark Dental, customers will receive Warranty policy in accordance with the agreement when trading/buying the corresponding product.
– From the time the customer receives the completed product, the warranty period for free warranty products will begin.
– When requesting warranty, customers please provide warranty card or payment invoice, delivery note.
- Customer and product information must be clearly, fully and accurately displayed on the warranty card or payment invoice.
- Warranty card and invoice must be intact, not repaired, patched or erased.
Cases not covered by warranty
For cosmetic porcelain teeth
– Violation of one of the conditions in section 1.
– Product information does not match the warranty card.
– Customers arbitrarily repair/warranty part or all of the product at warranty centers that are not in the Shark Dental system, or are not partners designated by Shark Dental.
– Customers do not follow instructions at Shark Dental:
- Not following the doctor's treatment plan.
- Do not follow the instructions for use.
- Use of drugs/chemicals other than those prescribed by a doctor.
- Using hard or colored foods without a doctor's prescription can cause teeth to become discolored, chipped, yellow, etc.
- Accident or strong impact causes tooth damage.
For Implant products
– Violation of one of the conditions in section 1.
– Product information does not match the warranty card.
– Customers arbitrarily repair/warranty part or all of the product at warranty centers that are not in the Shark Dental system, or are not partners designated by Shark Dental.
– Customers do not follow instructions at Shark Dental:
- Not following the doctor's treatment plan: How to care for the wound so that the tooth can recover quickly; regular check-up schedule, cosmetic dental restoration.
- Do not follow the instructions for use.
- Using hard or colored foods without a doctor's prescription can cause teeth to become discolored, chipped, yellow, etc.
- Accident or strong impact causes tooth damage.
For other products
– Violation of one of the conditions in section 1.
– Product information does not match the warranty card.
– Customers arbitrarily repair/warranty part or all of the product at warranty centers that are not in the Shark Dental system, or are not partners designated by Shark Dental.
– Customers do not follow instructions at Shark Dental:
- Not following the doctor's treatment regimen: How to care for the wound to recover quickly, regular check-up schedule.
- Do not follow the instructions for use.
- Using hard or colored foods without a doctor's prescription can cause teeth to become discolored, chipped, yellow, etc.
- Accident or strong impact causes tooth damage.
